A bit about me
Alfie says :
"Before I started seeing Lisa my first experience with yoga was with a friend, where I had a few sessions with her just to get the basics and build my confidence up before going to a class. After a few classes I started to lose a little interest, as I didn't feel I was getting a work out. Since working with Lisa we have done an assessment where we found out my strengths and weaknesses. After the assessment Lisa put a program together to help me improve. Working one-to-one with Lisa has really helped me become more aware of my body and how it works. Working with Lisa this closely has made my improvements that much better that much faster. Where Lisa has competed at a higher level in another sport, working closely with her has been that much easier to be able to communicate, as she has been in a similar place with training and knows the difficulties and barriers that you need to overcome to succeed at your sport. So although she has been my yoga teacher she has also been there for support, guidance and also it's been nice to be able to relate to 2 different sports, where we have had similar experiences."
